3.2 By publishing content through this Application, you hereby grant SLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving the services.

3.3 SLink reserves the right, but shall not be obligated, to review user-generated content and may delete or block any content that violates these Terms.

4.1 SLink attaches great importance to the protection of your personal information. For rules governing the collection, use, and sharing of personal information, please refer to the SLink Privacy Policy.

4.2 By using this Application, you consent to the data processing practices described in the SLink Privacy Policy.

You expressly agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Harassing, intimidating, bullying, or personally attacking other users
• Publishing or disseminating unlawful, obscene, infringing, or otherwise content that violates public order and good morals
• Using automated tools, scripts, or other technical means to interfere with the normal operation of this Application
• Impersonating others or fabricating identities for the purpose of fraudulent activities

6.1 All content within this Application (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface designs, and software code) constitutes the intellectual property of SLink or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.

6.2 Without the prior written consent of SLink, you shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the aforementioned content in any manner.

7.1 SLink may update, modify, or suspend part or all of the features of this Application from time to time without prior notice.

7.2 SLink shall not be held liable for any losses arising from service interruptions caused by system maintenance, upgrades, network failures, or force majeure events.

8.1 In the event that you violate any provision of these Terms, SLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice.

8.2 You may request the deletion of your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of the SLink Privacy Policy.

9.1 SLink reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms shall be published within this Application and shall take effect upon the date of publication.

9.2 Your continued use of this Application following any such amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended content, please discontinue your use of this Application.

10.1 This Application is provided on an "AS IS" basis. SLink makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continued availability, accuracy, or completeness of this Application.

10.2 SLink shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of or inability to use this Application, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or damage to goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Application.

12.1 The interpretation, application, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. In the event that negotiation fails, such dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Taiwan for adjudication.
